Herman

Last Sabbath afternoon, my mom and I went door-to-door doing bible study interest surveys. We met a young man named Herman who wanted to take the drop off studies. He could not do the in home studies because he is gone so much that he could not take the in home studies. Please continue to pray for him to follow through with these studies and make a decision to accept Christ.

G.L.O.W.

God has given me a great opportunity. Yesterday (Dec. 2) I was talking with my dad about GLOW. He later talked to a man in the Georgia Cumberland Conference about it. The man said that they were going to start GLOW in Georgia, but the leader who was in charge of it left. So right now they are knee deep in GLOW tracts with nothing to do with them because there is not any churches that are involved. So he said that I will be their point man and get it going in my church which will be an example for other churches to follow. He also said that we can get the GLOW tracts for only $3.50 a bundle instead of $5.00. Please continue to pray for God to work in the churches of the Georgia-Cumberland Conference, as we are getting GLOW started.

Kathy

It's me, brynn :] (I call the pink font). Went to work with my mom yesterday to get my hair done. There was a new woman at her work whom I'd never met named Kathy; she'd stayed up all night the night before, in the hospital, because her daughter had overdosed for the second time in six months.

Attempted suicide is something with which I'm familiar. Kathy ended up doing my hair because the woman who was supposed to do it never showed up. So I nonchalantly surveyed her and talked to her about her daughter, telling her that Satan was messing with the girl only because he can see her true potential. Kathy was raised Catholic, but she's not going to any church right now. I'm sensing some Bible studies coming up, I hope.

Keep her in your prayers.
God bless :].

Goodbye is Just the Beginning of a New Journey

Graduation came and went....way too fast! I can't believe it's all over, and now, we're finished! Praise the Lord, our whole class was able to graduate together! :)
